Per Washington state law, alcohol returns may only be accepted if the product is demonstrably spoiled or contaminated or the container is damaged to the extent that the contents would be of an unsanitary nature or unfit for consumption.
If your wine is ‘corked’ or otherwise spoiled, please re- cork/close it and bring it to the shop for inspection; do not empty the container and bring an empty bottle. Under these circumstances, the alcohol can be returned for a full refund or exchanged.
